Midtown Cafe will revive the spirit of author and TV show host Julia Child with our 5th Annual Salute to Julia Child menus whose birthday is August 15th.

Diners can order French dishes such as Vichyssoise, Chicken Liver Mousse, Canard Au Cassoulet, Boeuf Bourguignon or Trout Almondine for lunch or dinner from Tuesday, July 5th through Monday, August 15th.

A portion of the proceeds will benefit a scholarship fund at Nashville State Community College's Randy Rayburn School of Culinary Arts.

Nestled just off West-End, next to Music Row between Vanderbilt and Downtown, Midtown Cafe offers affordable casual fine dining at its best. The intimate ambiance offers the perfect setting for a business lunch or romantic dinner. The menu for this locally owned, 25 year standard, features prime steaks, sustainable seafood, locally grown produce, more than 40 wines by the glass, over 150 by the bottle and some of Nashville’s finest cocktails. Award-winning chef Brian Uhl creates 3 & 5 course tasting menus and signature standards.

Midtown Cafe offers a free shuttle service for travelers staying in downtown hotels and to locals looking to enjoy dinner and transportation to downtown performances.

Since 1987, Midtown Cafe has been a Nashville favorite and was recently featured in The Wall Street Journal’s “Power Table”. Midtown Cafe also offers private dining and special events services. A private table for up to 10 is available. 
Midtown Cafe opens for lunch Monday thru Friday at 11 am  and at 4:30 pm for dinner seven nights a week.
